How I get my Windows Key from within my Windows install?

I have been given an ISO of our current build to burn to CD as I travel
frequently with my laptop and am reliant upon an external USB2 disk & a
copy of knoppix up till now.

The idea is that I already had a DVD containing most of our corp apps but I
said....what if the OS get corrupted...? I am happy to pop out to a local
PC store in the place I am (assuming I am somewhere foreign) & by a new
laptop hdd but...I need an OS....is knoppix/debian linux a supported
option?

So I now have the ISO of XP wot I've burn to cd.....& now I want to
write my Windows Key on the CD....
