So I have a shortcut to control panel on my desktop. Every time I apply
patches it moves to a new location.

Oh and every time I view a new post in Windows mail, all my desktop icons flash.

so the question is... how do I get vista to report these to Microsoft as
bugs, seeing how MS is not prioritizing bugs based on the OS reporting them
instead of having employees actually TALK to users? I mean don't get me
wrong, I think automating crash bug reports and chasing the most popular
first is a great way to do things but you miss the most annoying bugs this
way.

Oh, and it's been 6 months, where the hell is service pack 1?
