Not on the net, but if you subscribe to Loadstar, you can receive it in .D64 or
.D81 format and receive it via Email.  Dave has sent me a few issues this way
and it's made it very practical to quickly check an issue out with Vice.

I've even used QWKRR with Vice but gads, I missed my Ramlink!  It wasn't quick
by any means, but I did eventually find out when to turn off full disk emulation
and when to turn it on.
