I drive one of those daily!
 
Took the darned thing apart, stripped the cab completely, sandblasted the 
frame and rusted parts of the cab, painted it with rust-resisting paint, 
reassembled the cab (not a weekeid job), placed a low-miles 460 and rebuilt 
C-6 tranny in there and someday... Someday will get the outside painted - 
it's just primer now.
 
A very comfortable and reliable ride indeed!
