Oops... I stand corrected... I know of a lot of people putting their
driver's lisence or social security numbers on their guns... but I
didn't know I could get into any trouble for it.... thanks for that tid-
bit...
DA> (BTW, just in case you haven't seen The Rules yet: it is OK to discuss

DA> Wow. With that love of paperwork, maybe you should apply for a job at
 DA> the IRS. B-)

 DA> Cool. I have a SIG P226 that is about dead-on at around 10 yards. I
 DA> prefer adjustable sights, but....
JG> Last, but not least, there's my Smith & Wesson Model 916-A 12ga.
JG> shotgun. Don't know much about it... shoots 3" shells, holds 6 rounds.
JG> I've owned it for a year now, and haven't even fired the sucker!
I know what it's like. I've been too busy to get to the range
DA> ever since getting my Garand from the DCM, almost two years ago now.
JG> Well... I only have 3 right now, but it keeps growing!
DA> That's the way it tends to work. As Tom Ciarula (who used to hang out
DA> in here) said to me once offline, "I'm not a gun /collector/, I'm just
DA> a gun /accumulator/." I myself have about ten now, having gotten the
DA> first one only five years ago.
