All that Napster really has now is the name... With programs like Kazaa, 
E-Donkey, and similar peer-to-peer filesharing .. Napster is quite 
unneccisary.

I really don't think a 'New Napster' will take off as well as everyone thinks 
.. it's been  a few years since the whole Napster thing was setteled, and in 
the Internet world a few years is a _VERY_ long time.
