I see that if I read some messages in some area with GoldED, OLMS
don't download them, I conclude the "lastread" pointer is updated
by GoldED.

But there is another thing, if the reason is related with higher
numbers of messages, I've here the OLMS2001 .exe's, received by
email from Peter who compiled them to fix some bugs and one
feature I wanted in OLMS. In brief, after 2000 release:

2000.p2, mai/99, bugfix echomail.jam with message numbers > 65k
2000.p3, ago/99, bugfix lastread & time limit
2001, out/00, flag G with aliases for "All" in other languages

The 1st was related with "word" integer type in place of
"longint"
(16 and 32 bits integer types). Unfortunately, he didn't make this
update official, the last time I see 2000 version was still in
the MCC site, but you(all) can get it here with FREQ OLMS2001.RAR
or in http://www.rbt.com.br/olms2001.zip
