The 64DD will probably not fragment the user base as much as Sega's add-
ons because the N64 is still relatively early in it's life span. I don't
think the N64 will come with a modem. Nintendo is trying to reach a price
point of $99.99 and that is going to be hard to do with just the drive and
the memory upgrade, so I think the modem will get dumped.
