I think they need to put NHL teams in both Portland and Seattle. I bet the 
interest is there. Maybe the Hurricanes will move to Portland and Seattle 
will get another team (possibly expansion or a franchise shift). Which cities 
will be getting expansion franchises? I know of Atlanta, but what are the 
others (possibly Minneapolis/St. Paul and other cities). Of course they could 
move the Hurricanes to San Francisco/Oakland and call them the California 
Golden Seals.
