I found an old email from Lars where he mentions it, so it did exist, but I searched for it some and didn't find anything. Below is a copy of the email. On that note, I found Lars on LinkedIn, he is in San Fransico now, worked for Google for 12 years, now with another company. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= From: Lars Hellsten To: Kevin Nunn Date: Friday, May 10, 2002, 2:57:22 PM Subject: Stupid Quick Question :) Files: --====----====----====----====----====----====----====----====----====----===-- On Fri, 10 May 2002, Kevin Nunn wrote: > I got TGwave running under OS/2 but I can't figure out or remember how > to put in the registration info. How can I do that? :) Beats me - it's been a while for me too! :) /REGISTER or maybe /REG seems to ring a bell, so perhaps run TGWAVE or TGWSETUP (or I think I may have called the executables TGWAVE2 and TGWSETUP2) with one of those parameters. I didn't think it was much different from the DOS version. Although now that I think about it, the DOS version appended the registration info to the end of the .EXE file, and I'm not sure if I was able to do that with the OS/2 version, so the procedure may have been different. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= --- Telegard/2/QWK v3.09.g2-sp4/mL* Origin: Razor's Domain/2 BBS (1:19/50.1) SEEN-BY: 15/0 19/36 34/999 90/1 120/331 123/140 153/7715 218/700 220/60 222/2 SEEN-BY: 230/150 250/1 261/38 100 266/404 512 267/155 275/100 280/1027 SEEN-BY: 282/1031 1056 291/1 111 320/119 219 340/400 342/13 393/68 396/45 SEEN-BY: 633/0 267 280 281 412 712/620 848 770/1 801/161 189 2320/100 3634/12 SEEN-BY: 5020/1042 @PATH: 19/50 396/45 261/38 712/848 633/280 267 |
