All that would need to be done is to get the pkts into the SQL database in
a format that phpBB can read.  Hmmm ... so dump/hide uneeded kludges and
put the needed header and body info in phpBB format.

Then I suppose phpBB could be modded to be able to display those kludges if wanted.

And then there is the matter of pulling new posts out and getting them into
FidoNet.  And then perhaps a mod for NetMail if wanted I suppose.
