Before you do anything talk to your dealer. I don't know all the details 
(maybe someone here does), but Ford had a problem with their paint and was 
taking some responsibility for this. It was something to do with using the  
wrong primer at the factory. I think 20/20 did a show on this. Ford was  
paying for partial paint jobs and in some cases a whole paint job if you  
yelled enough. 
This is all I can tell you, maybe someone here has more info. Or talk to 
someone at your dealer, maybe they will help.
