DE> Well, I grabbed OLMS 2001 from your URL (even though the menu DE> still says OLMS 2000). Results were identical. Skips areas that I DE> KNOW have unread messages. Same areas every time. I don't get it. Menus here are in my language, there is a separate directory with ans/asc files for each of them, must be updated manually. In english, maybe it's hardcoded default, I don't remember... About the messages, I think my stock of suggestions is empty. DE> Frankly I'm wondering if it's worth the effort. No matter how hard DE> I try advertising, no one is connecting. With the exception of DE> myself, no one has connected to the BBS in over a month. It's quite DE> disheartening. When I was a young unexperienced Sysop, I had over DE> 200 users. Now that I'm older and have the time and the money to DE> set this up RIGHT, no one is calling. That's the worst part, having the system better and better, less and less used... today I've usually 1-2 direct calls/day here, 12 different users called in the last 30 days. More 13 that receive qwk or bw packets attached in email (olms+transx+.bat's) without iteractive calling. Actual "production" is 300-400 msgs/month. Not 100% desert yet, but in 1997 I had +1000 calls/month, max of 1601 in oct/1997 (+50/day) with one node.
