.......wow... that's exactly what the US Gov't thought when it signed the
contract for the .223 cal. (the M-16).  However, there was an immense
disappointment during the Vietnam Conflict when soldiers discovered if
they wounded NVA soldiers the other NVA soldiers DIDN'T carry them out...
... If firefighters went to hell... they'd just put it out!
