I have a system where I need to create a device driver and file manager which
can then be mounted by NFS server.  I am looking for a full-blown device driver
and file manager sample - I can't believe I am the first one to write one of
these ... so I am hoping to get a _good_ sample.

If you hear of anything, let me know. Thanks for tip.
