Hi Matthew.  I just sent you an old message, because I realise I sent it to
the wrong Matthew.  In addition, I see that your poll failed to get the
mods to Tobruk I said were there.  Well, I went and cleaned up that area
just a couple of days ago, and that got clobbered. However, the good news
is that I have released TBK040 and MSGAPI38, which are more advanced than
the ones you would have gotten anyway, and will probably work, and you will
have the ability to use squish messagebases instead of *.MSG.  Anyway, give
it a go.  Also, if you're after a small point package, I have written
RSEND.  The unix version of the comms library which it depends on has been
written, I just haven't had time to test it thoroughly yet.  Anyway, I
suggest you get your act together and start the process rolling.  You will
be the first user of MSGED, Tobruk and RSEND for Linux (that I know of,
