According to the telegard wiki, in 2005 Tim Strike apparently posted to the
TG_SUPPORT echo here on fidonet basically saying that it's dead, and will be
dead.
He says he doesn't have time to work on it himself, and due to proprietary
source code that it's based on, he can't open-source the project.
