It includes some C and Pascal code for bits, though most fields are ASCII. 
Seems to be pretty comprehensive, however some changes in format may have
occurred since '92?  Found somewhere on the Jan '95 Simtel MS-DOS CDROMs.

you can't find a copy closer ..
