Well, once I can afford it, I'll be sleeping with full braces on both hands
at night, immobilizing them.  That should help a lot.  I've not slept well
in a long time (the CTS wakes me up in the middle of the night).  However,
I think I'm going to push the VA (and I'll get additional help if needed). 
It was caused by the Army-however, when I applied for disability, they
never gave me a nerve conduction test (something I DO NOT WANT to do, but I
have to). Therefore, they can't say they know really if there's problems.
