Dry central Europe, rain in eastern Mediterranean
Sunday
Dry and sunny for Portugal on Sunday. A few showers affecting eastern
coast of Spain where there will be cloud, but sunny spells inland
unsettled through the Balearics with rain affecting Sardinia. Corsica
will be dry but windy. Wet in the southern half of Italy with some
heavy periods of rain, dry in the north with sunny spells but windy.
Greece will be cloudy with outbreaks of rain and showers, while some
heavy showers affected Turkey as well.
some fog in the north of France through Sunday. More southern areas
will be breezy and bright with good spells of sunshine. Fog affecting
Holland and Belgium, as well as much of Germany and this slow to clear
through the day. Cold for Poland with some snow in the east. Hungary
should be dry and bright, as we will be Austria and Switzerland.
a fine day for Denmark on Sunday. Chilly in the Baltic states with
plenty of cloud and some sleet or snow in the east. Finland will be dry
as will be Sweden. Dry and windy in southern Norway with lots of cloud
but rain and drizzle affecting central areas whilst snow, some of it
heavy will affect northern Norway.
Monday
Good spells of sunshine and dry weather in Portugal and much of Spain.
Increased cloud in eastern Spain and over the Balearics where there
will be rain. A weter day for Sardinia and Corsica. Rain, heavy at
times in central and southern Italy, but drier to the north. Wet for
Greece and Turkey, heavy periods of rain at times and windy here too.
Fog for central and northern France, brighter in the south. Further fog
in the Low Countries and Germany and well as Poland, only slowly
clearing. Brighter and dry in Hungary and Austria as well as
Switzerland.
Windy in Denmark with broken cloud and mostly dry weather. Windy for
the Baltic States with cloud and some drizzle. Windy Finland with sleet
and snow. Staying windy across Sweden with snow in the north. Wind and
rain for southern Norther, snow in the north.
