Since this is an international echo for Home Office discussions, it seems 
that some users don't seem to understand that. Has anyone, bothered to send a 
netmail message to the originating bbs, to the system operator, of the bbs 
that seems to host a user with over active hormones (ie: Kelly Weaver?).
I am sure that the systems that pay long distance charges to import message 
echos into their system would much rather have a smaller phone bill than to 
have to pay for such nonsense messages.
