How long is a normal field. I know normal is a big word:-) I am building a
landing strip (real slowly) and don't know how long to make the level area.
I have finally figured that I have to fertilize my field to get grass to
grow. I rolled it last year and planted grass but it never took. I
fertilized a small patch this year and have a bit of grass there now. My
field is build from my swamp which is now a pond for my boats but the muck
that I dredged to make the land fill won't grow a thing.
The shop is just one three foot x 24 foot shy of being complete. I figure
that by mid summer next year I should be ready to start building again.
This hobby has cost me close to fifty thousand now. I sure hope that I
recover that in pleasure:-)
