It could be.  Hell, what do I know?  Somewhere around here I've got a
licensing agreement that says I agree not to sell or rent out the equipment,
and that the only way I can get out of the agreement is to physically destroy
the hardware.  Is this legal?  I don't know.  Do I think they're going to
bother to prosecute me even if it is?  Nope.
