 DON'T HAVE ANY SLOPES - the land around here in central SC is FLAT - and
 with nothing that will generate thermals - we use a Midwest Malibu fitted
 with a carrier/release system to get the sailplanes up for release at
 500 or so feet - then we can get 45-60 minutes of sailing time.
 
 Just returned from the Boston trip - enjoyed two days of flying with
 the Burlington, MA, group - nice guys, warm hospitality, worst field I
 ever flew from - they could handle it, I could not - 'nuff said !
