Actually, I am one of the people who ordered from you. It took over 3
weeks from the time we mailed the PO to you. There was a problem with the
Yamaha CD-R I ordered, and when I called you about it your version of tech
support was to tell me someone else "got the order" and I should talk to
them - aparently you are the front man for a distributer in Minneapolis.
I'm not sure how you work things, but I am not happy with the way my order
turned out, and I would not attempt to order from you again.

The Minneapolis company eventually replaced the CD-R, after nearly a week
of not answering calls, and shining me on that "my rep was in a meeting" or
"out of town." The tech support person I eventually talked to said right
away, "Yes, it sounds like you have a misaligned drive, we get about 1 in
ten like that." Still, it took another 3 days to get action from them. I
don't know for sure, but I suspect the Minneapolis company might have been
more responsive if I had bought directly them in the first place.

I should say that once I got the replacement CD-R 102, it has worked very
well and, while it has seen only a week of use, if it continues to work
without problems, I would reccomend the unit (just be aware that the DOA
rate is very high and don't trash 10 CD's trying to "fix" it as I did).

Another thing, I asked for the Windows 95 version of EZ-CD, but was sold
the Win 3.1 version (I had said that I would take that if the '95 was
unavailable when I first ordered, a month ago). I sent email to Incat,
asking for the upgrade policy in this case, but have not heard from them as
yet. I'm hoping they are shut down for the holidays, and I won't be stuck
with the 3.1 version forever....
