      Vancouver is the only market left in Canada that is large enough 
to have a MLB franchise.  Calgary's population is only about 700,000 
with virtually no satellite communities to speak of.  Vancouver in fact 
is pursuing a MLB franchise.  There is plan in works to convert BC Place 
into retractable roof stadium which could also allow baseball to play 
there.  As for a nickname, I'm rather fond of their PCL name, the 
Canadians....
