 Thanks for responding - why don't you "chime" in frequently, you've a
 lot of experience we could use.

 and it "ate me alive" for awhile, gave up everything except food and 
 sex...well, almost gave up the latter also since I was working night and
 day - retired in '91 and have been going strong since then - making a 
 move into 1/4 scale now with my first "biggie", the Sig Spacewalker.

 I had the Goldberg Extra some time ago - best flying bird I have ever
 had - lost due to radio malfunction - been looking for another since
 then (but a little larger) and have been giving some thought to the 
 Midwest Extra 300s kit with an ST3000 that I have.  What do you think ? 
 I haven't built a Midwest kit in many years and don't know a thing about
 their quality, etc. now.  I'd appreciate any thoughts you have.
