NO citizens' group has EVER been successful UNLESS they're able to come up 
with some kind of environmental impact and it has to be some kind of rare

You must be talking NFL exhibition because I can't think of a CFL team being 
that stupid (Of course, given the relatively few fans going to the games, 
that *could* be a factor). For NFL games, that's CHEAP.
