Kaye Shen was thrown for a loss after he said:

Frankly, I disagree. Cleveland just put themselves down further in the
pecking order in the Central. They got Kemp and Douglas but gave up a hell of
a guard and forward. Hill's numbers weren't as good as Kemp's, however, he's
been held down by Fratello. Seattle got rid of Kemp and got themselves a good
player in Baker BUT he's going to be a free agent. Their mistake with
McIlvaine could cost them Baker as well because I'm sure he's going to want
AT LEAST 1.5 times as much as he's making ($9-$11.5 mil) and he may be
unsignable. The team that really made out was Milwaukee. They got two players
for AT LEAST a year and could keep them both, especially since there's more
of an offensive-minded coach on this team. I'd grade it A+ for Milwaukee, C+
for Seattle (B+ if they re-sign Baker before 1999) and a D for Cleveland
(Cleveland's going to have to use up quite a bit of their spare $9 mil cap
money to make Kemp happy).
