You can bank on it. Look at how long it took for them to get past Art Shell 
(3 years) to hire another black, Dennis Green and look how long after THAT it 
took until Rhodes (3 years) and Dungy (4 years) got jobs. Shell's been an 
assistant since 1995 and hasn't got a serious bite while several white 
retreads have had INTERVIEWS and offers.
