There is a Delphi echo, and it's called DELPHI. :-) Unfortunately, the
feed doesn't seem to come the same route that other international echoes
come (I think it's from Canada) and it hasn't been too reliable. No
messages for over a month.

You could also try the international Pascal echo, there's the occasional
message on Delphi, and I think any question would have a good chance of
being answered there.

Delphi is a true compiler and, IMHO, is better implemented than VB - but
I've only looked at VB very casually and certainly not the latest
release(s).
