I couldn't do that, I only started with programing last year and that was
with TP6 and I'm now using TP7, being at school is handy.. :)

I'm yet to learn OOP technics.  So if I go Delphi I don't really
need tp7 anymore?

Also does Delphi still support win 3.1?  I'm not about to upgrade to win95..
