Hi Coleen:
-=> Quoting Coleen Bowden to Tom Perry <=-
My friend, Joe, has set up an account for me on his bbs and when I
logged on to it this morn it aid there was a message waiting from Colen
Bowden. I had forgotten all about the interjection I made ages ago. Who
could forget anything about NZ! I found this by hunting.
-=> Quoting Tom Perry who muttered to Coleen Bowden about Welp <=-
CB> Shhhhh! I think we are all asleep.
TP> Sorry, Coleen, I haven't slept since I got up at 4:15 A.M. today. I'm
TP> a Canuck grom Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. Send a big :) to all
TP> Kiwis.
CB> Will do, the ones I know anyway. :))
Thanks for being my mailperson. I haven't had anything to do with your
hemisphere since I met Sherry at Youth hostel in London England in '71.
She wasv from Tasmania but hs returned to Sydney.
CB> I guess if you wrote your messages on here at 4;15am I would be
CB> up,though it would be yesterday
Funny what the dateline does to
CB> msgs isnt it.
It's wierder what my internal dateline does to everything I dabble in. I
started messing with a mmodem in '73. It's changing and my scrambling to
keep up have been a dance that most studios wouldn't teach.
Norm wrote one to someone in the U.S.A and got an answer
CB> back, written the day before. Our 9yr old granddaughter took a wee
CB> while working that one out.
I'm not in the grand parent thing but my parents have 4 great grand
kids. Makes me a grand something to the lot of them. Nice chatting to
you too.
Tom Perry.
