   Seems like I did that using a standard text editor and using the same 
format
as the rest of the entries.  I deliberately did not put it at the end because 
of
the hidden EOF marker.  Ofcourse you need to know the information you want to
put in but there is no better place to store it.  Don't forget to make a copy 
of
the present file first in case I am wrong which happens quite frequently.
   The problem could be in your phone lines.  Noise will hold the rate down.
Noise the human ear can't even hear.
