Home offices will be deductible under more generous rules after 1998. A home 
office wii qualify as the principal place of business if it is used 
exclusively and regularly by the taxpayer to conduct administrative or 
management activities 
-and if there is no other fixed location where he/she conducts substantial 
admintrative or mangement activities of the business.
