Hello, All.

I knew this was bound to happen, but I didn't realize that it'd happen so soon.

Due to events happening in my life now, I have decided to permanently shut
down Outpost BBS on December 1st.

Right now, I am looking for people to take over the moderatorship of this
echo (if you're reading this, this is an echo I moderate).  If you're
interested, please netmail me or email me at sean{at}kd5col.info or
hausmaus{at}darktech.org.  If there's no offers, I will remove the echo from
the backbone.

outpostbbs.net will cease to work after December 1st, but I have registered
kd5col.info and will set up my website on that.  I /will/ continue to
support Cheepware even though I'm not running a BBS and all of the files
that are currently available will still be via my website.

It's been a good ten-year run for me running a BBS.  I've made a lot of
friends and just the right amount of enemies (I think).  I've learned a lot
of things and I'm going to miss it, but you know, you have to cut your
losses when you're ahead.

I'll make one more final post before I throw the switch.
