First you are not the one that can delete the echo. It will still
be running as long as teh moderator wants it.
 TW> No sense in keeping perpetually empty echoes online. :)
What harm does it do if you do not get a message every few days.
It does not take up any space or cause any more time when you
transfer the messages from other echos.
