No, not really.  Maybe your local newspaper?  A community bulletin
board?  I've never had to advertise for myself, but I see it in the
classifieds under "Professional Services."  Your local college could put
the word out, too.  Ours has a job service for those both looking and
hiring.  Good luck.
I like working with my hands more than my brain. :-)   I like the
outdoors, too.  I'm looking for something part-time for the winter
months right now.  January-April aren't good months for seasonal work
around here so I have to start looking now.
