Not being a programmer, I really don't know. I was told that the language
(PASCAL) that EleWeb was written in was a modified version (customized all to
heck), but that was just what I was told by a couple of SysOps who were
supposed to be proficient at programming. Again, I don't know. Just repeating
what I was told.
