I believe it was her father who died of leukemia.  In any case, it'd be
pretty rotten of the writers to kill her off that way.  They did check
with her before beginning the storyline, to make sure it wouldn't hit
too close to home for her, though.

They better not do that...  Her character is too popular with the soap
crowds.

I don't have the time to watch Days any more.  How is it possible that
Craig is Chloe's father, and Nancy wasn't aware of it?  And how could
Craig not realize that Nancy was pregant while they were dating?
