  Strange that you haven't seen anything posted here.  While not many I've 
seen one or two new messages come through this echo on a daily basis.  Also 
unless you are the moderator of this echo and are notifying the ZEC that you 
wish to discontinue this echo from the E-Listing then according to P-4 you 
can't delete this echo.
