subject: GCC Build Issues

Hi all. I am trying to build the latest binkd from CVS source for OS/2. I
use Paul Smedley's GCC build environment and the binary builds just fine.
However, whenever I go to run binkd.exe in an OS/2 command window, I get
the following message:

[U:\source\binkd]binkd
SYS0191: U:\source\binkd\binkd.exe cannot be run in an OS/2 session.

Even though the binary was built under gcc for OS/2. I would appreciate it
if anyone could shed a little light on this as I would like to release this
to the Stas once I get it working and packaged.
