well, it wasnt long ago that the qm for win95 was released.  another modern 
comm program is the procomm plus for win95 (version 3 or 4?).
this is the age of inet.  dont expect much else in the way of new comm 
programs, the market is not profitable.  i prefer to use the old dos 
programs, if you like you can get the new windoze ones.  they do the same 
thing, only they are more bloated, and do not use full screen.  pick a 
version of qmodem and be happy.
