JL> I was wondering if anybody has taken advantage of the price reductions
f
JL> the Saturn and its games. I just picked up a brand new Saturn system
or
JL> $100 at Wal-Mart but I have heard some rumors that you can get them for
as
JL> little as $50 in some cities. Most stores I visited did not have a big
JL> selection of Saturn games left, but the ones that did were charging full
JL> price. The problem I had was that the games I want are some of the
lder
JL> ones, and they are the hardest to find.
KA> I'm pretty sure used Saturns can be bought dirt cheap from places like
KA> FuncoLand.
There is not a Funcoland store where I live, but I have been to their web
site. They do have some of the older games that I am looking for but I
would like to buy them new if possible since Funcoland doesn't usually
include original manuals or boxes. The best stores I have visited for
Saturn games were Best Buy and Toys R Us, but they were charging full price.
Hopefully in a few weeks they will decide to drop their prices like everyone
else.
