Well, I am on the QMS website on my other line as I write this.
Their search engine can find no mention of either "colorsprint" or
"sprint".  
So, either this is an extremely old, non-warrantied printer (which
would make sense, since the only laser printer of any sort that I
can think of for 500 or less is the HP 4P or 5L, neither of which is
color), or you've got the name wrong.
