The only things in the above snippet that require 'identifiers' are
'SwapVectors' and 'Exec', both of which would require the unit dos to be
identified at the start of the program with:

uses dos;

If that identifier is already correctly part of your program, then there
must be some other unit, constant, type, variable, procedure or function,
program or field in a record that has not been identified.

If 'uses dos' has not been identified, then the compiler will not be able
to find either the 'Exec' or the 'SwapVectors' procedures, and you will get
the error message #3.  This would be true regardless of version.
