I *am* that accountant/bookkeeper!    I was probing this echo to find out 
just what is the best recommended program to use.   I will definately give QB 
a shot.  
BTW.. does QB have a "locked year end" mechanism like AccPac/Bedford 
accounting?  If QB uses locked year-end, then the product is a no go.
