I say give teams to Calgary and Vancouver. They're both represented in 
Canadian football, NHL Hockey, and Vancouver has an NBA team. I wonder what 
their nicknames would be if they got MLB teams...maybe the Vancouver Valiants 
and the Calgary Mustangs (or Calgary Stampede).
