I won't hold that against you.

We have much the same situation, I'm afraid, but realistically, we
don't seem to run into the horror stories some of you "Southerners"
have with dereliction of services. One arse here tried that stunt on
me, and I was on the blower to ANYONE! If you slip through the cracks
and all...

Our nerdual neighbour has an ambulance, fire truck, or police cars at
her house VERY regularly. Dad yelled at a cop, "Why don't you set up
shop here, you'll save the commute." I trust these idiots are not
paying a dime in health care, and at best, they are all on welfare.
