In Terminal mode click on the top line of you screen and select the
following sequence of commands:
Config/Device/Term Cmds and a screen will be displayed showing your
modem setup. The first item is "Modem Init" string and should contain
"ATZ^M" (without the quotes). If it doesn't then that is you problem....
